When submitting your file/s to DFDI for evaluation or processing, you must provide the following information: 

     -  Quantity of records in each file. 

     -  Field layout for each file.

     -  Decodes of all fields (allowable domain values)

     -  All required field masks

     -  Business rules information (fields, relationships, etc.)

     -  Platform specifics (database, version / release, etc.)

     -  Contact information for person/s submitting file

     DFDI can accept files in a variety of formats.  If you need to send your file/s in a different format or on different media than what's listed below, please contact us to discuss it.  We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs.

 Acceptable Formats for Submission:

 ASCII Delimited (comma, pipe, tab)
                ASCII Fixed 
                Microsoft Access, Excel, FoxPro (.dbf)
                Fixed EBCDIC
